At UNC, there was both a Women’s and Men’s Glee Club. We each did our own set of songs at every concert, but then we joined forces to do two songs together (the director of each choir selected a song for the combined clubs to sing). The director of the Men’s Glee Club choose this one for us to do for our Spring 2005 concert. “The Last Words of David”, arranged by Randall Thompson. I was singing Alto I. I love this song, especially the sound of the Alleuia’s and Amen’s in the second half. Enjoy!
