“K” is for København

This is the eleventh post in the Blogging A to Z Challenge…

During the 2008-2009 school year, I studied in Copenhagen, Denmark! I don’t think there’s a day that goes by that I don’t think about my time there, and the friends I made (some of whom I will be in touch with for life).  While I was there, I became more comfortable being on my own. I also got a chance to take some solo weekend trips (London and Paris), and I visited one of my classmates and her family in Ankara, Turkey for 2 weeks. It’s what made me want to live in a city. I can’t wait to make it back someday.

While in Denmark I kept a little blog to keep family and friends updated. Here it is, just as I left it. I never did come back to finish my backlog of posts, and there are a TON of broken images and links, but it’s still fun to read.

  1. What a wonderful opportunity for you. We holidayed in Turkey a few years back. On the coast. It was lovely as it was in October so not too hot.
