I’ve been loving my crockpot lately. One dish I made about a month ago is Chicken Tikka Masala, following this recipe. It turned out so well that I made it again…tonight in fact. Delicious! I followed the recipe exactly, except instead of heavy cream I used coconut cream. And I did the optional steps (marinating the chicken in yogurt prior to cooking, and sautéing the vegetables and spices before adding to the crockpot).
